Meliá Hotels International has announced the appointment of two new vice presidents, Montserrat Trapé Viladomat and Cristina Aldámiz-Echevarría González de Durana.

Pierre-Frédéric Roulot, who has headed the group since 2007, has announced his departure and will be replaced by Federico J. González, who has headed the Radisson Hotel Group for the past six years. Both groups, owned by the Chinese Jin Jiang International, will be centralised in Paris.

The Austrian native will join the group and take over his functions as COO on 1st June 2022. He will be tasked with overseeing hotel operations and customer experiences for all Deutsche Hospitality brands and locations.

The new appointment is designed to support the exponential growth of Kempinski Hotels in this region, a key market for the group.

Radisson Hotel Group Americas has announced the appointment of Paul Adan as a Managing Director of Latin America and the Caribbean.

Brenda Collin becomes Senior Vice President Europe at Preferred Hotels & Resorts.

The German hotel group is adapting its management structures to the expansion. New to the team is Daniella Boeken.
